We offer an Open Lab Monday through Friday in the mornings or by appointment. In the Open Lab, end users can make an appointment with us for one-on-one assistance in learning more about one of our officially supported products. We ask that you attend our live training or complete the tutorials we recommend first, but then if you still need to have some questions answered or be walked through the steps of a process again, please request an appointment and we would be happy to assist you.
